I was the only customer at the bank. Nobody else was in the lobby or drive through. It was 3:40 pm on September 6th 2016 and i was there to make a deposit. All 3 teller lines were open and one bank employee was behind the counter with their back towards me. They were on a telephone call that sounded personal. I stood there a couple of minutes and was never even acknowledged. I thought that not only was the customer service lacking but what about security. I won't go back to that location again. The service I receive in Versailles and Sedalia is excellent.
Some of the worst and most rude "bank tellers" I've ever spoken to. I have been with US bank for years and never had a problem, my card got stuck in the ATM when the power went out in the storm Memorial Day weekend. I called to see what became of the card since it got stuck, the woman I spoke with was extremely rude, told me it was my fault that my card got stuck, and that I personally kept their customers from being able to use their ATM because I got my card stuck in their machine. She told me that I should have known my card would get stuck and it was my fault. She proceeded to laugh at me and tell me they shredded my card and was laughing when I tried to see what I should do next about replacing my card. It was a simple accident that could have been handled so easily but her rude and unprofessional behavior stopped the situation from being handled and makes me want to cancel my account all together. If you bank through US bank do NOT go to the Laurie location unless you want to be treated like garbage.
