Mixed reviews for Porters. Their Yella Wood treated wood products are awful quality. They must have some interest in Yella Wood to keep carrying that firewood. Even a yard guy told me he doesnt understand why they keep offering it (and only it for treated wood). Ive been in about 5-10 minutes before closing time and a guy at the door is warning me I better know what I want cause they are closing. Yes sir, I know what I want. Im not in there to stroll around.....I want in and out quick. I had a question for the guys at the desk back by the Stihl chainsaws. Im standing there in front of both guys, one guy cant answer my question so he asks the other guy. The other guy ignores me and tells the guy "tell him we dont have it". HEY, IM RIGHT HERE!!!!! Rude as hell. On a positive note they do have alot of inventory so selection is good and they arent out of stuff very often. Prices are higher but beats the drive across the lake where its cheaper.
